At Outpace, our passion is helping clients achieve their desired outcomes. Our coaches lead with the ability to listen, observe, empathize, and synthesize. We are principles-based. We are not wedded to a practice or framework. We want to know what our clients want; help them discover what they need; and together, employ a principles-based roadmap and practices to set them on an incremental approach towards continuous improvement and achieving their outcomes. If your assessment of a organization's agility is a checklist of "agile" practices, then Outpace is probably not the place for you. However, if you're driven by the desire to help organizations help themselves, and the first tool you go to is listening and observing, we should talk.
